Custom digital service
My Covenant Song creates personalized digital songs from the information supplied with an order. Musical interpretation, vocal tone, arrangement, and emotional response are subjective and may differ from what a customer originally imagined.
Delivery
Standard delivery is within seven calendar days after successful payment and receipt of a complete story brief. If essential information is missing, the delivery period begins after that information is received.
Corrections
Each order includes one complimentary correction requested within seven days of delivery for factual, pronunciation, or reasonable lyric issues. A request for a completely different story, genre, recipient, or creative direction is considered a new order.
Refund promise
If we cannot deliver the custom song within the stated period, the customer may choose a full refund. Before production begins, cancellation requests are eligible for a full refund. After custom production begins, we first offer the included correction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Personal use
The delivered song may be downloaded, shared with family and friends, and played at personal gatherings or church events. Commercial resale, paid distribution, or use in advertising requires written permission.
